Insomnia + depression..

i'm having trouble falling asleep in these few days and wake up early in the morning. i didn't get enough sleep..quite depressed. i dunno what to do..

wake up in the middle of nite, staring the ceiling..feel 'damn' sleepy but i juz can't close my eyes.
in the daytime, i keep yawning and yawning and yawning..mood swings..i easily get angry and upset with small matters.
